Nov 16, 2014 Plenty of Fresh Powder this Past Week for Summit County Ski Resorts
Nov 16, 2014 - Summit County Ski Resorts have reported some great snowfall this week in helping to build their bases. Keystone has reported 42 inches, Breckenridge 44 inches, Arapahoe Basin 31 inches and Copper Mountain 42 inches.

Oct 17, 2014 - Arapahoe Basin again is the first ski area to open in North America for the 2014 season continuing their stint at being the first to open. They open at 9:00am this morning, Friday, October 17, 2014. They open this morning with an 18" base which is a combination of natural and man-made snow.

Apr 10, 2014 - Breckenridge Ski Resort announced they are adding an extra week this year to extend their Ski Season to Apr 27. The great snow accumulation this year is allowing them to extend their season.

Mar 3, 2014 Weekend Snow Totals 13-23 Inches Adds to Above Average Snow Pack
The snow is piling up over the weekend at Summit County Ski Resorts. After the snowfall the resort snow bases were 68-94 inches and that's after the settling that has occurred! The snow pack is running 125-160% of the median for this time of year, so 25-60% above normal! As a result of the high snow pack, care must be taken when going into the back country and especially be aware of avalanche warnings.

Mar 1, 2014 Average 2-3 Inches of Snow Daily Over Last 2 Weeks
Snow conditions are continuing to be great in Summit County Ski Resorts. The average per day has been 2 to 3 inches with the snow totals just for the last 2 weeks being 38" at Arapahoe Basin, 36" at Loveland, 32" at Copper Mountain, 31" at Breckenridge and 24" at Keystone.

Feb 13, 2014 - Snow for the last seven days has totaled 28 through 44 inches in Summit County Ski Areas. Snow depths are building on top of already great base depths.

Jan 31, 2014 Big Snowfall Last 4 Days For Summit County Ski Resorts - as much as 40" !
Jan 31, 2014 - An average of 7-10 inches of champagne powder per day have fallen in the last 5 days for Summit Country Ski Resorts. Keystone Ski Resort has reported 28 inches of fresh champagne powder and Breckenridge has reported 40 inches in the 4 days! Loveland Ski Area has reported 34 inches, Arapahoe Basin has reported 29 inches and Copper Mountain Ski Resort has reported 31 inches! Time to hit the deep powder!

Jan 14, 2014 Snow Keeps on Dumping on Summit County Ski Resorts - Fresh Powder Almost Daily
Jan 14, 2014 - Summit County Ski Resorts are reporting 15-45" of Champagne Powder in the last 7 days. Skiing is great and this continues to add to the great bases we have been building over the last month.

Jan 6,2014 So Far 2014 is a Great Snow Year
Jan 6, 2014 - So far this year Summit County Ski Areas have been getting great snow. In the 6 days in this new year, Ski Resorts have reported 13-32 inches of snow. That's over over 5 inches per day of champagne powder at the high end and 2 inches per day of champagne powder at the low end. Cheers to continuing the great snow year!
